PPH Charged My Card TWICE for Proposal!!

This is probably my first and last PPH experience. 

I just tried to accept a proposal and THE SYSTEM LOGGED ME OUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAYMENT PROCESS. So it tells me there was an error in processing my payment and that it didn't go through.

I check my bank account and they've charged my account TWICE!! And to top it off, the proposal isn't even marked as accepted!!! Where the hell did my fucking money go!?
