How do I change my experience level?

Hello,

I am new to this platform and there is one thing I could not understand. When I place a quote I see what experience level the client needs - entry, intermediate, expert. But I searched in my portfolio and profile settings and I cannot find where it says what experience level I am.  How can I change my experience level so that I orient for which jobs to send quotes? I want to make sure the clients see that I am intermediate level. Thank you!
