Complaint against PPH Staff

Hi, I am awesome and experienced graphic designer and worked on hundred of projects but my application was not accepted without giving me any lawful reason. This kind of rejection always caused trouble and mental agony for new freelancers who considered and knocked your doors at first. It will also leave a bad impact for PPH as they without going through the applications rejecting them proptly within 2 minutes. Such administration of PPH looking after the applications not only caused a bad name for PPH but also set an ugly precedent.   Help me in getting approve my account.
