I am ready to accept 4 offers however, when I asked for work sketch samples - it appears that the freelancers provided work from else where.

i do not mind accepting the freelancers  to do the job  but what if I am not happy with the work.

I do not want  any bad review - I already know that I would not be happy as non actually provided the quality of work that I require for the Cover of my book

  My complaint is from the other end, when a buyer doesn't provide samples (images, PDFs, spreadsheets) of their input data. To deliver output at a fair price, I need to understand the input.

  I think buyers and sellers should both provide small samples of their work relevant to the specific project.

  My favorite freelance project would be when a buyer provides me a small sample of the input, I respond with a small sample of my output, and they hire me based on the quality of my output. I don't know why this is not the norm.
