Application got rejected third time

Dear Sir / Madam

I have created an Account on your Portal and skipped to update cover page, I received an application rejected email. I have made some changes and update the cover page. But I am still facing the same issue.

Kindly help me sort out this problem

  Dear Sir/Madam,

   I have created my account on your portal and submitted just once whether i received message that my profile is rejected third time. All my profile is real then why is it rejected? whether I'm trying to edit profile, it shows that changes saved but while I open the profile again its same as earlier.

  Kindly help me out about this issue.

  I've created an Account on your Portal and I had submitted my Profile for further process just once but I received a message that my profile is rejected third time. I've made some changes and update the cover page. But I am still facing the same issue.
