FIRST TIME SUBMITTED APPLICATION WRONGLY APPEARED AS THIRD TIME REJECTION

Hi, I applied for the permission to work on PPH and it was the first time and it shows on the dashboard that it is the third time rejection without letting me know any reasons and instructions to do even though I provided the certifications documents for my field as the MS Project and Project management expert. Please I hope to get my application approved or at least expected to be instructed by the support team to what to do next so I can be in the proud community of freelancers at People Per Hour.
