Your application has been rejected for the third time

I have created my peopleperhour account today for the first time. After submitting my application I tried to connect my account with apple.

Now after login, I am getting error like "Your application has been rejected for the third time." I am really surprised to see this message. Would anyone plz tell me why I am getting this?
