£24.60 service charge? Nope, don't think so!

So, I wanted to hire a user on this site and the amount was for £240, but yet I am getting charged
£24.60 on top! PeoplePerHour I am going to refuse to pay such a service fee and instead ask the seller to pay them via paypal. Your service fee is a total rip off and no buyer should be charged this fee for anything they want! I did also try to email your support email but with no reply, goes to show your support team is just laughable.
