my application got rejected

I am graphic designer with more than 13 years of experience, My application has been rejected for the reasons I do not know. I have followed all the instructions while making my application.

Please let me know why my profile has been rejected so that I can make require amendments. Is attaching a resume an issue which resulted in rejection.
