why do i  get refusal on every proposal i send on PPH

HI,PPH community

I am doing freelancing on other platform whith the same portfolio i have on PPH ,i get orders very often on other plat forms .i dont get it why do i  get refusal on every proposal i send on PPH,there is nothing wrong with the proposal sending style .it as same as i normally do.
