I would like a refund, as the artist did not follow my instructions at all.

I asked for a logo using inspiration from a photo I send them. And it came back with a genetic photo logo looking absolutely nothing like what I sent or even asked for. When I asked for revisions, it has been two days with no communication now. Why is there no way to speak to someone about this? No "contact us" or "help" for this.
