 a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)

I live with my parents. Can I submit my dad Bank Statement or Gas Bill with his name? (his name will be shown in the passport scan). 

I hope it works because I have nothing under my name as long as I living with parents.
