Why my application was rejected for the third time?

Hello,

I submitted my profile only once. I got a mail that it's been rejected without any specific reason. it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I submitted only once then why it's showing its rejected 3 times. Also I can't resubmit it.

Please help.
