I need some tips on getting more work

Hi everyone, 

I have rejoined PPH over a month ago, after a few years off the platform. I have spent some time working on my profile, added past projects from other sites, new projects as well, work experience, created 2 offers, spend some money on promoting them, featured a few proposals...

And I still haven't been able to get a job awarded?

Have you got any advice to help me score my next job, improve my cert, etc. ?
