I posted a project, agreed to work with a freelancer. We agreed on $45. He completed the work as required. I got a deduction from my account of GBP39, these are pounds not dollars, i was suprised that i got to pay a higher amount that the one agreed upon. In retrospect i rejected my freelancers invoice, to solve this issue. I have read some articles on the site, but i can't find anything pertaining to my issue. What should i do?
