My People Per hour account banned

Hello, 

I am a graphic designer and I had made my PPH freelancer account in 2017 and was complete 5 successful jobs. but one of the clients suddenly cancel the job and give me negative feedback. People per hour banned my account and I can't send any proposal. Can anyone help me out how do I get my account back?

  I cant access the attached file. but definitely i can make the project as a data entry specialist
