Account to be activated

Dear Sir,

I am looking for an opportunity to work as a freelancer in PPH but it does not give a chance to able for it. It showing the message "Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

Please help me to open an account into PPH and let me know how to solve it if any drawbacks in my profile section.
