How to undo feedback

I just gave feedback then realised the dev had left a message explaining their lack of response. The reason seemed valid. How to I undo/re-do feedback?

  Hi Stuart,

  Currently there is no option for the users to remove feedback they have provided. If you still want to remove it, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will address your request as soon as possible.
