Application Rejected

First i received mail for few changes needed and after changes i re-submitted application, After that i received mail again few changes needed.But once I Resubmitted my application it shows Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.
