Why is my withdrawal still pending?

Made a withdrawal request on Wednesday - this is still pending? This is after paying £10 to fast track the additional details I was told I needed to provide and paying almost £90 in PPH Fees for this one weekly;y invoice. We are approaching 48 hours now and no funds.

Why is this please?
