I only applied once on this site whereas I got a message that my application got rejected 3 times. kindly resolve the issue.

  I just signed up yesterday and received this message

  Thank you for uploading your verification documents.

  Unfortunately, the Peter NI.JPG document has been rejected for the following reason: Please provide a photo of a government issued picture ID. I want to send my picture ID but I dont know where I can update this.
