Job cancelled and blocked

Hi

I had some comms with the buyer (I'm freelancer)  for job #2946246 Logo and logobook (guide).

It was expecting to have a call and proceed with the start of the project but the job is cancelled and PPH have blocked the buyer.

Do you know what happened as I was relying on this job to come through for me.
