REFUND AND FRAUD

I paid a freelancer money in advance to do work for my company. I did that as People Per Hour offered a so called "Payment Protection Guarantee". Yet once I paid the freelancer did not respond much as to when they would start the job, when I tried to refund my money People Per Hour refused to refund the money. People Per Hour are helping fraudsters.

 

You must refund the money immediately as no work has been done as agred. Nothing.
