Rejected application

Hi,

My new account application has been rejected within the hour and I was not even informed that what changes should PPH require to get it accepted. Further after this rejection email I receive two email that my profile has been accepted. Like seriously! what is happening. But the funny thing is that my dashboard is still showing that the application has not been accepted. 

So, what is happening here? any ideas?
