Unable to link my paypal account due to a mistake

I've created a paypal account with my full name but the PPH account it is not with my full name. My request to link the paypal account was rejected(terms and conditions) but I cannot change my PPH account full name. 

Is there a way we could solve this? I can't create another paypal account. It is posible to edit my name in PPH or erase my account to create it again? 

Notice that my email is the same in the paypal account and the name are as follow

PPH: Juan Ignacio Pestana

Paypal: Juan Ignacio Morales Pestana

 

Please help me to solve the mistake I've made. Thanks in advance!
