Application Form Rejected

Hi, I'm facing problems in submitting my application. However, now my application has been rejected with an email as follows & in the dashboard it showing rejected the third time.

Perhaps I've made a mistake, but it's not clear why this has happened. I have 4 years of experience so it's not that! 

Please can I get some support on this?
