I bought a gig and the freelancer is not able to deliver. Please can you cancel the job so that I can buy another gig with someone else.
My project is being delayed now and it is costing me in other areas.

  You can find the option to request for a refund at the bottom of the workstream by clicking on the more button, please see the screen shot to better assist you
