application 3rd time rejected

Hello,

Customer service team, PPH.com

My application now rejected 3rd time show  dashboard but I setup my profile according to PPH rules.

Please help to active my application.

  how are you

  I have submitted only 1st time and it rejects and says it's my 3rd time.

  Also don't show the reason and option to change or update it.

  please tell the reason
