The renewal of the membership

Dear sir, I am your member since March 2020 and was working with the 3 month free service you provide but now  I want to get the membership of your freelancer by submitting the amount $44.85 through PayPal for 3 months . I am trying to submit the amount through Rupay Debit Card but this facility is not available and I don't have any other card to pay with right now . So please help me how can I pay the amount ?
