My card payment is not going through , Request to resolve this.

I have tried to accept the proposal (Proposal id #19904220) and tried paying with my card. But unfortunatly payment is not proceeding with below error to contact customer team. I am sure the card itself don't have any issue as i was using this elsewhere. I need this to proceed faster, please help me resolve this.
