Provide real name and location error

Hi Team,

I have subscribed and provided correct name and changed my location to the correct one in my profile and application.

Then, I am asked to provide real name and location which is already provided in the form and asked to resubmit again.

Please let me know how to fix it before resubmit and avoid an application rejection again.
