problem with a free lancer

I have engaged somone to do some work for me and I am unable to get hold of her. She seemed relatively responsive but slow and as soon as I complained she has gone completely MIA. I don't care about paying her I now just want to get the files and find someone else who can finish it in the time frame I require.

Is there a way of PPH getting in touch with her and intervening as she is apparently a 'Top 5' freelancer
