Client refusing to pay me

I have tried to email support and cannot find the phone number anywhere on the site. I have spent hours and hours hand painting custom illustrations for this person who is now refusing to pay me the $230 I was promised. They will not even pay the deposit. Please answer my emails or give me a phone number to call.

  Sounds frustrating, i've only started using the platform but there are some issues that don't make sense, the lack of support, no chat functionality etc doesn't bode well.

  I've also completed work for someone recently and don't really know what to do, they haven't accepted the proposal even though the work is done so i'm left waiting..........

  And the whole process of how work is completed and paid for is not clear on this site - i hope you get paid for the work you've done.
