Unable to make payment!!!!!!!

Hi,

I am having trouble making payment, I keep receiving this message back:-

'Please note there was an issue while trying to process your transaction. You are kindly requested to contact us directly by clicking here in order to further assist you. Thank you'

I have tried Paypal, my Credit Card, Visa, nothing working. I also have a voucher due to expire today/tomorrow- Could this be extended, if payment cannot be made?
