Issue with freelancer
AnsweredI am in a situation where a freelancer was to do 3 flyers for me. I have 2 from her and paid here as a gesture of goodwill for 2 flyers.
I was awaiting the 3rd flyer and it wasn't at all right, I sent her the amends and since then shes gone AWOL. Over 4 days I have sent 4 messages, all of which she has not responded to. The issue I have is until the 3rd flyer is complete the job is not done and I cant send them out to my customers as there needs to be 3 flyers.
So having the 2 is no use to me, until the job is done and i have 3 but shes not responding. What should I do about this?

There isn't much they can do. If you agreed for three at the point of the proposal then technically you should have not paid. As you have released the funds you have agreed the work has been completed - the only way I would recommend is to contact the support team (via online chat) and ask them to message the freelancer.
