Impossible to get a receipt

You guys have made this really hard to get a receipt for work I have paid for. It's simple, I pay money for a job, and I need a receipt to claim it back. It's impossible to get a simple receipt that tallys with the amount outstanding on my credit card. This is a massive floor in your system.
