People Per Hour reviewed my profile in 5 minutes to send Declined email

Hello ,

This is the second time I applied as a freelancer and all i get the response everytime is :
"Your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted"

We are currently experiencing a very high number of freelancer applications.

First thing if you are currently experiencing a very high number of freelancer applications,why even you are accepting new applications in the first place.Please disable apply as freelancer button in your website.

Second thing ,once i submitted my application,within 5 minutes you sent me an email saying "Your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted" ,My question:How can you so fast review my application .i almost took 2 hours to fill the details and you can review in 5 minutes which is not acceptable.

Third thing,what criteria you are following to accept freelancers profile.

If you are not able to accept freelancer profile ,why even you are accepting money on fast track basis.
Please refund my money paid for fast track process .this is very Unfair,looks like you have not even looked to my profile and you have sent declined email.
