Freelancer account suspended how do i appeal
Despite having good feedback, my last "client" tried to get me to provide the agreed upon work for free, when i refused he gave me 2 star feedback and my account has been suspended. I replied to the people per hour email but have not heard anything since. How to i appeal this?
I provided the client exactly what they asked for, people per hour can read from the messages that the client has been unreasonable. i now realise that they were just trying to get the work for free on threat of low feedback as they knew it would be a suspension. I expect many freelancers would have written off the cost rather than risk loosing their account access. This is a practise People per hour should actively be against and not automatically suspend accounts without investigation!
