My project has not been delivered and the company is not willing to give me a refund

Dear Payperhour,

I Turned to Payperhour as i was told that it is the best website to find freelance workers.

I posted a job beginning of May , 2020 and clearly stating the urgency of the project.

The company which accepted the project called Kodeglobe Technologies guaranteed a 2 month max delivery of my project and took $1,400 on razorpay from me.

It has been 5 month now with no clear guidelines or hope on completing my project.

Kodeglobe Technologies company is not willing to refund my money and I need your help to get my money back.

I have all the evidence required to prove my case!

peopleperhour send me email that my application has been approved. But when I visit to site there my account has been not approved.please tell me the reason of this.
