Help Cancelling a Payment Withdrawal

Hey there. I've messaged support@peopleperhour about this issue as well and have gotten no response.

I accidentally withdrew the sum of $19 to my Barclays bank account which is no longer functional/being used and would have intended to do so towards my Payoneer account. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me cancel this pending bank transfer so the sum is not completely lost, as I have few ways of contacting Barclays due to being out of the country and several other issues.
