To Get another Chance

I have completed my 3 month free trial. Now peopleperhour.com is telling me that if you want to work, you have to run an account with a minimum of about $ 14.
But in the current situation I do not have this ability. Now my request is that -
1) Let me be given another chance.
2) If it is not possible - if I get a job, I should deduct a little from it and take that $ 14.
Then I get a chance to work again.
Check out my profile. I am not involved in any scam. Rather I got the same job I got from Mr. O. Harry's job. His requirement was 5000 data. I was skeptical that maybe 5,000 data would not be available. So I made an agreement with her (via chatting platform peopleperhour. Com) that I want payment for every 1000 date. I will pay as much data as I can.. I was able to give 1000 data. And he wanted to give Harry and Payment S (as per our Agreement). But peopleperhour.com did not agree. They said it was an incomplete job. Despite my loss, I accepted it without saying a word and fell victim to the loyalty of peopleperhour.com whereas today I have lost the right to work here.
