    This company just blocked the "submit a request" button during the issue. I found that as a tyrannic behavior and I probably won't work through its site never again. I maintain a perfect 5 starts profile with a lot of effort and I will not tolerate a company that uses my money while canceling the possibility of communication until I make a public complaint. I'm very disappointed!

    Of course, I tried cookies and cache cleaning, also in different working stations.
    After my public complaint, I received the payment and the button is working perfectly, without any trick.
