Newbie - needs help with proposal & invoicing

Hi there,

I am extremely new & need help because I can't find any info telling me exactly what the process is.

I have sent a proposal for a proofreading project & now there is a page requesting me to send an invoice, but the project is pending & I don't know if I have been chosen, how does the project owner send detail of the project to me & is there an app that I use to get the job done.

Can I please get some help?
