why I dont have my money in my PPH account ?

Hi dear Supporter,

I had a project and earned a mount of money. Actually this project is finished by now however, in the payment section of my page shows that the earned money is in * my freelancer screw* section that I cant transfer this money . How can I have my money in my PPH USER Account? please let me know the process of having my money in my bank aacount . Thanks

  For money to be released from escrow an Invoice must be raised for the buyer to pay once they are satisfied with the work completed
