profile is rejected

I received this mail

Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.

But when I open Popleperour there shows me that (your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour)

Is anything wrong with my account ? or it is just a bug? its passed five day and still this not accepted message is showing.if it is a bug then when my account will accept?

Pleas help me
