freelancers taking action

Are there any freelancers out there taking action on Peopleperhour's delays in paying them for work done?

I've come back after a year and I see that PPH are delaying paying buyers including myself. It's the 3rd day and nothing. I never used to wait this long, and I'm really concerned as to how long it's going to be. The weekend is here now and that will add another couple of days, making it 5 in total. How many more days? 

I should have been paid today after 2 full days of waiting and I just want to know how freelancers are taking action as a collective group?

Surely, no community of freelancers should be treated with this much contempt and be left powerless to act?

There's no community forum like there used to be and it seems there's no way for freelancers to contact each other on here now like there used to be. 

If there's anyone out there who's been through this and they're reading this now I'd like to hear from you.
