I wish to raise a complaint against a freelancer. I posted a project and Noman K.offered a proposal. Before accepting his proposal I outlined more specifically my requirements. He said that he could do what I asked and pressed for me to accept his proposal. I did accept his proposal and was quite disappointed by his first offerings. I re-explained my requirements and a 2nd batch arrived which were better. Finally, after his 3rd attempt we were quite close. I explained that I was happy with his work. At this point he asked for more money!! My requirements were clear from the start. He proposed a fixed price. I now feel it is wrong of him to ask for more money considering he has no listened to my original brief.

  Hi I also have an issue with the same freelancer Norman K. I have been attempting to complain and the site is very difficult to navigate with no contact numbers provided. I feel this guy is a total scammer and should be removed.
