Unpaid invoice

Hello!

I am writing regarding an Unpaid Invoice. 

I think the buyer accepted the invoice she even left a 5 star review for me after completing the job. 

Now i see in the Payment page that it is no longer PENDING but TOTAL UNPAID INOVOICE,although the money is in the escrow account.

Can you tell me why is this happening?
