Hello, I would like to know why my withdrawal request, sent on 27/10/2020, has not yet been processed. It usually takes 48 hours to process, but I haven't received any confirmation by email (nor any money in my account).

Is there a service center I can contact?

  Same thing here. Withdrew money to PayPal 28/10 and still haven't received the money. The phone no rings twice and there's no one there and no answerphone and there's no one on the online chat. Any ideas?
