No company registration number

I am a part time freelancer and have no company registered. How do i provide company name? How do i withdraw money from my wallet?

 

It is especially worrying as there seem to be many many posts with the same issue and from what I can see, no clear solution from PPH.

  Also to further this point - I have just finished my first project and now can not even invoice the client due to the above issue.
